it automatically finish bottle feeding ,stopping ,conveying and capping .

Japanese Mitsubishi touch PLC and touch screen control,Terminal Display use centralization instead of 

discrete type ,and the adjustment and control can be done in the same display.

Made by 0.2% high accuracy Roots flow-meter、Japanese Mitsubishi touch PLC and Japanese CKD Battery Valves.

More Accurate

Filling accuracy less than 0.2%,more or less 3 kg difference (margin ) in normal way. Measuring system has

a function of static compensation .The former can set amount advance according to the real pressure ,

and the latter can automatically compensate if the volume deviation is made by temperature difference.

Effectively Prevent Leaking

No bottle no fill,ensure the working place and the bottle more clean and sanitary.

No Foam Making

Filling nozzle gradually move upwards from bottom of bottle and the speed can be set as you like,greatly 

prevent foam making.
